Job Overview

We are looking for a Truck Dispatcher to join our Canadian office. In this role, you will coordinate freight movements across Canada and the US, act as the main point of contact between clients, carriers, and drivers, and ensure smooth, efficient, and on-time logistics operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and being an essential part of a dynamic logistics team

Responsibilities

- Coordinate freight movement across Canada and the U.S.
- Book, track,



and trace shipments while maintaining proactive communication with customers and carriers
- Ensure all loads are accurately entered
- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues in real time
- Support the Operations Manager in maintaining on-time service performance and compliance
- Identify and resolve potential service or documentation issues before they escalate
- Assist with margin tracking, data entry, and general brokerage support, including after-hours issues
- Provide full customer support throughout the shipping process

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, truck dispatch or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to quickly respond to changing priorities and operational challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Customer-focused, with the ability to maintain qualified relationships with clients, brokers, and drivers

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
