Turf Care Team Member

Glendale Golf & Country Club – Seasonal Full Time and Part Time

Glendale Golf & Country Club is looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our Turf Care Team this golf season.

Our Turf Care Team plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and their guests. From maintaining championship-quality playing surfaces to keeping the property looking its best, you’ll be part of a team where your work is visible and appreciated every day.

What We Offer

- $17/hour starting wage
- Full-time seasonal positions from approximately April through October
- 38–44 hours per week
- Work primarily outdoors in a beautiful golf-course setting
- Be part of a friendly, team-oriented work environment
- Learn current skills and operate a variety of turf and grounds-maintenance equipment
- Previous golf-course experience is NOT required — we will train the right people
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience in turf management, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and golf-course operations

What Does a Typical Day Look Like? As a Turf Care Team Member, you’ll work alongside our Turf Care Team to prepare and maintain the golf course and surrounding property.

Your responsibilities may include

- Mowing greens, tees, fairways, approaches, and other finely maintained turf
- Raking and maintaining bunkers
- Completing daily golf-course setup and maintenance
- Operating turf and grounds-maintenance equipment safely
- Completing detail-oriented maintenance tasks to the standards set by Turf Care Management
- Keeping equipment, work areas, and the property clean and organized




- Working together as a team to ensure the golf course is ready for our members and guests

Schedule This is an early-morning position, and weekend and holiday work is required.

- Weekdays: Approximately 7–8 hour shifts
- Weekends & holidays: Approximately 4–5 hour shifts
- Part-time opportunities may also be available — please inquire

Who We're Looking For You don't need to be an experienced turf professional. We're looking for people who are:

- Dependable and ready to work
- Positive and willing to be part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Quick learners who pay attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in learning how to safely operate different types of equipment
- Proud of doing quality work
- Familiar with the game of golf or willing to learn
