- Supervise the underground workforce to meet production plans
- Ensure safety and environmental standards are met
- Process activities related to underground operations accurately
- Monitor adherence to plans, addressing issues as they arise
- Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders and team members Requirements:
- Technical training equivalent to 3 years of study
- At least 10 years of mine production supervision experience
- Basic Ontario Hard Rock Common Core certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
