Job Title: Varicent ICM Tech Lead Location: Hybrid (2 Days/week) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: CAD 90-100/hour Incorporated Should be able to play the role of Technical Lead/ Solution Architect Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM tool - Composer, Web Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule modules, pipe configuration (ELT).
Experience as ICM and ELT consultant in implementation, maintenance and development support and design projects.
Experience in Release support - Technical Specifications, Test cases, build, test support and deployments. Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology.
