We’re hiring a Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face and calming voice of our busy veterinary clinic. You’ll play a vital role in helping pets and their people get the care they need, from scheduling appointments to comforting clients and supporting our veterinary team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client records
- Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to keep things running smoothly
- Assist with billing, prescriptions, and follow-up care

Prior experience in medical or veterinary reception is an asset, but we’re also happy to train the right person who’s excited to learn and loves animals. Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
