Veterinary Receptionist – Full-Time & Part-Time

Peach City Animal Hospital is seeking warm, professional, energetic, and dependable Full-Time and Part-Time Veterinary Receptionists to join our team.

We are looking for compassionate, organized, and motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent customer service and pet care.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries efficiently
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily hospital bookings
- Manage client and patient check-in/check-out
- Maintain accurate patient records and client information
- Prepare invoices and process payments accurately
- Communicate treatment plans, follow-up recommendations, and pet care instructions as directed by the veterinary team
- Handle client concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Keep reception and client areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support veterinarians and veterinary assistants with administrative duties

Qualifications

- Previous veterinary reception experience preferred
- Veterinary hospital, animal care, kennel, medical reception,



or customer-service experience is an asset
- Comfortable working around dogs and cats
- Excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills
- Skilled appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of safely lifting up to 30 kg (66 lbs) when required
