Job Title: Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Location: Calgary, AB (Off 32nd Ave NE & Deerfoot Trail)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About Us

Based in Calgary, we are a specialized film and marketing agency serving heavy industries—construction, trades, forestry, and industrial services. We bring top-tier, cinematic storytelling and high-impact design to blue-collar sectors. We’re looking for an all-star Video Editor and Graphic Designer to take complete ownership of post-production and visual brand assets for our clients.

What You’ll Do

- Post-Production Lead: Lead the video editing process for high-stakes projects, turning raw footage into polished corporate videos, social media campaigns, and brand stories.
- Color Grading Master: Bring footage to life with high-end color correction and grading in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Graphic Design & Brand Assets: Design clean, professional graphic assets, including brochures, business cards, trade show banners, digital ads, and pitch decks.
- Creative Strategy: Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual styles tailored to blue-collar audiences.
- Occasional Production Support: While this is a post-production and design role, you may occasionally assist with basic filming or camera setups.

What We’re Looking For

- Editing Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve,



with a sharp eye for pacing, sound design, and high-end colour grading.
- Design Skills: Full capability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign) to put together high-impact print and digital marketing collateral.
- Portfolio: A robust reel demonstrating advanced editing, colour grading work, and a graphic design portfolio showing real-world brand assets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with our team and pitch ideas effectively.

Assets We Love (Nice-to-Haves)

- A valid driver’s license and vehicle for occasional local travel (fuel allowance provided).
- Experience working in or around blue-collar industries (trades, construction, heavy equipment, etc.).
- Motion graphics and visual effects experience (After Effects).
- Experience crafting high-performing TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic camera operating experience (gimbal, handheld, drone).
