Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Vineyard Workers for late January 2027. This role is essential in maintaining the health and productivity of our vineyards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust work ethic, a passion for agriculture, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities will include various tasks related to vineyard maintenance and crop management. The job is physically demanding - all weather, standing for long periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.

Responsibilities

- Planting vines
- Pruning and tying of vines
- Suckering and leaf removal
- Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes
- Lift heavy loads as required during any planting and harvesting activities

Skills





- Background in vineyard work for effective vine care and management
- Familiarity with hand tools such as manual pruners for various agricultural tasks
- Capability for lifting, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching and kneeling, as the role requires physical stamina in various weather conditions.
