In this role, you will support a variety of construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that contracts are sound, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Canada and the United States, contributing to projects that enhance communities and support long-term growth.

You will identify and mitigate contractual risks by partnering closely with legal and project management teams. You will build strong working relationships with contractors, subcontractors,
property managers, and clients as a central point of contact. You will collaborate with project managers, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of contract terms.
You will maintain organized documentation and prepare regular contract updates and reports for senior leaders. You will support dispute resolution efforts by coordinating with legal resources when needed. You will provide general administrative support to the contracts and legal department. 2 to 5 years of experience in contract management or administration, ideally within the construction sector. ~ Bachelor’s degree in construction management, law, business, or a related field. ~ Ability to interpret and apply complex legal and contractual language. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. ~ S. construction projects. ~ Professional certifications in contract management or compliance are preferred.
