MT BYTES is looking for a VP of Marketing to set the direction for marketing and build a stronger global brand. You will set marketing strategy, build leadership across the function, and connect brand, demand, and commercial performance.

The ability to build trust and work well across teams will be important in the role. In Canada, we want someone who can develop trusted relationships, understand business needs, and create well-qualified opportunities.

This role is for an experienced leader who can set direction, make sound commercial decisions, and take responsibility for results across the function.

What you will do

• Plan and execute campaigns and content

- Work with sales on demand generation and market feedback
- Develop useful content for target audiences
- Track channel and campaign performance
- Support brand and market activity

What we are looking for

• Significant leadership experience in the relevant function





- Strong judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance
- Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Canadian B2B sales or technology markets is an advantage.
