Duties

- Serving tables
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.




- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology principles.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others in the workplace.
