Your role The incumbent will be primarily focused on shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inspection support, and production activities. The successful candidate will also provide basic customer service support, including order processing, quotations, and responding to customer inquiries when needed.

Your responsibilities

- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload customer vehicles and freight carriers
- Complete shipping documents, waybills, and arrange carrier pickups
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards




- Assist with production and assembly activities
- Support sling inspection, testing, and repair documentation
- Learn and operate pull-testing equipment
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Answer customer phone calls and emails professionally
- Enter orders and customer information into ERP/CRM systems
- Support account management activities when other team members are unavailable
- Complete inspection reports and repair write-ups accurately

Profile sought
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly
- Computer proficiency and experience using business software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Forklift certification (an asset)
