Surfaces is seeking a positive, motivated team player with a high standard of safety and productivity to efficiently manage inventory, operate equipment, and ensure a smooth flow of goods through shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. Duties & Responsibilities

- Fulfillment: pick, pack, and label orders accurately for timely shipment.
- Receiving: unload incoming deliveries, check contents against packing slips and inspect goods for damage.
- Inventory Management: count, weigh, and sort items to log into NetSuite.
- Stock Organization: store products in designated locations using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: keep the work area clean, clear of hazards, and safe for all team members.
- Assembly: assemble and prepare sport courts for fabrication.
- Conversion: operate the converting machine to cut custom size rubber rolls.
- Support: general housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned to assist in reaching company goals.

Skills & Qualifications We are looking for a teachable candidate with excellent basic skills (physical stamina, computer literacy, basic math, time management).



The successful candidate will be trained in all specific warehouse management systems, procedures, and product knowledge. Forklift experience and a valid driver’s license are both required for this position; the ability to haul a trailer is an asset.

Construction or manufacturing experience is a plus, and mechanical aptitude is a valuable quality. It is imperative that the successful candidate possess the following:

- Physical strength: ability to walk and stand for long periods and capable of lifting up to 50lbs, employing safe lifting techniques.
- Attention to Detail: precision when scanning barcodes, reading pick lists, and updating logs.
- Equipment Operation: training or certification to safely operate machinery like forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Teamwork: communicate with supervisors and coworkers to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Initiative: act independently, starting tasks and seizing opportunities, without awaiting direction.
