We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse and production operations. The position involves material preparation, loading and unloading, painting support, order picking and packing, quality inspection, and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare materials and products for painting and finishing.
- Load and unload Hardie and wood products safely.
- Operate spray equipment or assist with paint application as required.
- Pick and pack raw wood orders accurately.
- Label, bundle, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report defects or issues.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Wear required PPE, including steel-toed safety footwear.
- Assist with other general warehouse and production duties as required.

Skills & Requirements




- Reliable and punctual with a solid attendance record.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when painting, labeling, and packing products.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic measuring and counting skills, including the ability to use a tape measure.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Good safety awareness and willingness to follow all PPE requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily production targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to perform different tasks as required.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is an asset but not required.

Mandatory: Steel-toed safety footwear is required.
