Primary Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated tasks
- Enforce all safety and quality processing procedures
- Enable effective communications between management and staff
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies
- Investigate and report all incidents
- Suggest and implement cost-saving, safety or quality ideas
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation requires
- Assist with physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory
- Facilitate inter-branch orders, and material transfers
- Coordinate orders and transactions with external and internal customers (incoming and outgoing shipments)
- Assist with receiving, organizing and staging inventory
- Process and verify material receipts against Purchase Orders
- Ensure received materials are entered into inventory promptly and accurately
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping
- Ensure warehouse activities are completed in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

Required Competencies,



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Thorough understanding of applicable Quality Control processes and procedures
- Operating knowledge of available equipment ; forklifts (propane and electric)
- Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Advanced understanding of computers
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills

Education and Experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years experience in a production/fabrication environment

Compensation Range $45,500.00 - $84,000.00

To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
