We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities

- Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all freight movements
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to schedule, track, and document shipments effectively
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to streamline freight handling and delivery schedules
- Maintain detailed records of inventory movements using systems and perform regular data entry updates
- Conduct analysis of dispatch data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems while practicing professional phone etiquette
- Oversee shipping documentation, including labels, bills of lading, and customs paperwork as needed
- Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and inventory records

Requirements




- Proven experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, freight management, and shipping & receiving procedures
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail; proficient in typing and multi-line phone systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret logistics data for operational improvements
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with carriers, vendors, and team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of freight regulations, shipping documentation requirements, and supply chain best practices
- Must have or the ability to obtain forklift license

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers or in a warehouse environment
- Familiarity with analysis tools or software related to logistics optimization
- Certification or training related to transportation management or warehouse operations
