Our Warehouse

Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of inbound & outbound, maintaining productivity level, general maintenance of the warehouse facility. This role will demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Warehouse Operation Management

Work with 3PL warehouse teams to maximize their contributions, including multiple areas and processes in the warehouse operation. Prepare and execute departmental action plans to achieve operational objectives and drive continuous improvement. Operate forklifts or reach truck to assist team when shorthanded or busy. Perform other duties assigned in accordance with warehouse/logistic function.

Warehouse General Maintenance





Working with the warehouse management and property management company to coordinate scheduled Preventative/Corrective Maintenance activities, Manage and supervise all aspects of work performed by the various building trades and areas of specialization, such as but not limited to, electrical maintenance, fire suppression, fire life systems safety, plumbing, HVAC, all other trades, disciplines, for a 24-7-hour operation. Purchasing maintenance supplies and manage the inventory. File Health and Safety incident reports and Provide guidance to subcontractors, clients, and project team members to ensure that project activities are completed according to applicable health and safety plan.

Licensed

Forklift and reach truck operator.

Education in logistics management, business management or related field would be an asset. 4. 3 - 8 years of experience of working in a distribution function setting; 1+ years of experience leadership experience in a distribution function environment.

Experience with ERP system, WMS systems, Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word)
