Who We Are
Regional One Aviation Services Canada (ROASC) is the Canadian subsidiary of Regional One Inc., a leading provider of aircraft parts, leasing, component solutions, and aviation aftermarket services supporting airlines, operators, MROs, and aviation customers worldwide. Based in Mississauga, Ontario, ROASC is building a Canadian Centre of Excellence focused on aircraft parts distribution, inventory management, repair coordination, exchange programs, and customer support.

The opportunity
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for aircraft parts, ensuring shipments are accurately documented, prioritized, tracked and handed off across Warehouse, Quality, Sales, Repair Coordination and freight providers.
You will help establish practical processes, reporting routines and scalable ways of working while protecting aviation traceability, inventory value, customer commitments and quality controls.
What you will do
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including carrier booking, pickup and delivery timing, shipment prioritization and tracking.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, packing lists, commercial support documents,
labels and system shipment records.
- Work with the Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Inspectors and Quality to confirm parts are correctly identified, released, packed and ready before dispatch.
- Coordinate repair-vendor shipments, inventory transfers, customer deliveries and exchange-core movements with Repair Coordination, RBTH and Sales.
- Obtain freight quotations and maintain carrier contacts, tracking details, proof of delivery and shipment exception logs.
- Monitor delayed, damaged, misrouted or incomplete shipments and escalate customer-critical or documentation issues promptly.
What you bring
- 2+ years of logistics, freight coordination, warehouse operations, aviation parts or technical distribution experience preferred.
- Experience preparing shipping records and coordinating couriers, freight carriers or third-party logistics providers.
- Basic understanding of import/export and customs-document handoffs is an asset.
- ERP/WMS and data-entry experience; Quantum or aviation inventory systems are assets.
- Forklift or material-handling experience is an asset but not essential.

Compensation and employment details Expected base salary range: CAD $62,500 to $76,500 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity and applicable legal requirements.
In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual and company performance.
