Operations & Warehouse Coordinator – Full-Time

Floral Fixx Design Studio

Floral Fixx is looking for an organized, reliable, hands-on person to take ownership of our warehouse and wedding/event rental operations.

This is a great position for someone who loves creating order, staying busy, working independently, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

Schedule

- Full-time — approximately 37.5 hours to 40 hours per week
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Five days per week
- Every other Saturday required, with a weekday off that week

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the organization and day-to-day operation of the warehouse
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized and easy for the team to work in
- Make sure products, supplies and equipment are returned to their proper locations
- Receive incoming shipments and unpack, organize and put supplies away correctly
- Complete a weekly inventory and supply check
- Prepare a list of supplies that need to be reordered and provide it to the office
- Wash, clean and organize wedding and event rentals when they return
- Tag, label and prepare rental items for upcoming weddings and events
- Prep and clean vases and other rental pieces as required for events
- Complete basic maintenance of rental inventory, including painting and touch-ups
- Help load and unload vehicles
- Assist with wedding/event deliveries and setups when required
- Help with end-of-day cleanup and organization in shop
- Work with the design and office teams to make sure they have the supplies and equipment they need

What We're Looking For




- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Someone who takes ownership and pride in their area
- Self-motivated and able to see what needs to be done without always being directed
- Comfortable with a physically active job
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable being on your feet, lifting, carrying, organizing and moving inventory throughout the day
- Comfortable doing basic painting, cleaning and maintenance
- Valid driver's license required to drive company van between locations
- Dependable, punctual and able to work independently
- Willing to jump in and help the team wherever needed

What Success Looks Like Our warehouse is clean, organized and properly stocked. Rentals are cleaned, labelled and ready for upcoming events. Supplies are monitored before we run out. Our designers and managers can easily find what they need without having to stop their work to search for products or reorganize the warehouse.

We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of this area of Floral Fixx and take pride in keeping an significant part of our business running smoothly.

Wage: $17.50–$19.00/hour, depending on experience.
