Role Description The Custodian is a part-time, in office role based in Waterloo, ON, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the facility.



Additional duties may include light maintenance work such as changing light bulbs, reporting repair needs, and assisting with room setups and breakdowns for events. Capacity to handle basic building upkeep, such as minor maintenance tasks, safe use of cleaning equipment, and reporting facility issues promptly.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift. Reliability and punctuality, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Previous custodial, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience is an asset but not required.
