Greenlane Offroad is hiring a Welder/Fabricator with strong, versatile welding skills to help build premium off-road truck accessories in both aluminum and steel.

Our primary work today is aluminum TIG welding on products like rock sliders, skid plates, and bumpers, and we're now expanding into steel variants of these same product lines. We're looking for someone equally comfortable running clean MIG welds on steel as they are producing precision TIG welds on aluminum, ready to grow with us as this new division takes shape.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform production TIG welding on aluminum parts of various thicknesses and geometries
- Perform production MIG welding on steel components to the same quality standard
- Fabricate and assemble components using shop drawings and blueprints
- Operate tools and equipment including: drill press, angle grinder, orbital sander, tube bender, press brake, and more
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
- Follow proper PPE protocols and safe work practices at all times

Qualifications

- 2+ years of aluminum TIG welding experience (required)
- 2+ years of steel MIG welding experience (required)
- Ability to produce high-quality,



aesthetically pleasing welds in all positions, across both processes
- Proficient with measuring tools, layout, and strong math fundamentals for accurate fabrication work
- Able to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Experience with tube bending and press brake (an asset, not required)

Physical Requirements

- Able to comfortably lift up to 75 lbs independently; team lifts or forklift assistance used for heavier items
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
- Consistent use of PPE (safety glasses, welding helmet, gloves, hearing protection, etc.)
