Welders – needed for Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum tank fabrication.
Jasper Tank custom manufactures truck and trailer-mount tanks as well as our current line of Van bodies. We are a leader in tank manufacturing in North America, building a reputation for quality for over 60 years.
We are looking for an experienced welder with Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum experience for our Acheson, Alberta location. This is a permanent, full time position with no out of town travel required.
Position Requirements
- Post-secondary training from a recognized technical program
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work, Public Transit is not available
- Journeymen and apprentices
- Laser Welder experience an asset
Responsibilities
- New fabrication of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum truck tanks
- Custom fabrication and fitting
- Following required safety protocols
Skills and Abilities
- MIG welding experience is required, TIG welding is a bonus
- Able to lift 13.5 kg (30 lbs.)
