In this full-scope HR role, you’ll act as a key advisor to operational leaders. Collaborating with the People & Culture team, you will focus on recruitment, onboarding, and enhancing employee engagement while ensuring compliance with legislation.
This role is integral to implementing company-wide HR programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an advisor on people matters and HR policies
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Provide guidance on employee performance issues
- Manage HR systems and maintain accurate data
- Assist in supporting change management initiatives
Requirements:
- HR degree or equivalent
- 7+ years in HRBP or generalist roles
- CHRP or CHRL preferred
- Experience in professional services or engineering sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
