Field Services Technician
for a growing organization specializing in communications and equipment installations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in an independent field setting.
What You'll Be DoingInstall, modify, and maintain equipment in vehicles, facilities, and infrastructurePull and run cabling for communications equipment and related systemsPerform drilling, mounting, and hardware installationsTroubleshoot issues in the field and develop practical solutions independentlyWork with 12V and 48V systemsTravel between customer sites using a company-provided vehicleParticipate in an on-call rotation after the training period for overtime pay opportunities.
What We're Looking ForMechanically inclined with experience using hand toolsExperience working around vehicles, equipment, or industrial facilitiesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesIndependent, resourceful,



and self-motivated personalityAbility to work comfortably in a field-based environmentExperience with 12V/48V electrical systems is an assetExperience with 2-way radios is a plus but not required
Physical RequirementsComfortable working at heights up to 300 feetWilling to climb towers and cranes when requiredAble to lift, pull, and run cableComfortable performing hands-on installation work outdoors and in industrial environmentsWorking at Heights certification is not required;
training will be provided if needed
