Experienced Service Advisors Required

Looking for a qualified, highly motivated individual to join our fast paces service department as a Service Advisor.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles
- Scheduling service appointments
- Dealing with customer’s inquiries and complaints
- Following up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact the customer by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
- Handling telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments and returning phone messages promptly
- Sending customer videos to quote repair
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:





- Must have experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Automotive service and Quorum DMS are considered strong assets, but not necessary

This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including base salary and industry-leading performance bonuses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
