As a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee multiple manufacturing engineering tasks. Your responsibilities include implementing ECNs, creating shop floor instructions, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You must maintain updated layouts and support capital upgrades to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise manufacturing engineering activities across assigned cells
- Design equipment, tooling, and racking as needed
- Create and update shop floor instructions and training materials




- Conduct process observations to validate time standards
- Coordinate and lead SWAT team meetings for cross-functional issue resolution

Requirements:

- Engineering degree with relevant work experience
- Lean certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Uni Graphics
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
