Emterra Group in Surrey, BC is seeking a Collections Operations Manager to provide leadership and oversight for our collections operations. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, plan and direct daily operations, monitor route performance, and ensure services meet safety, quality, and contractual standards.
You will recruit and coach supervisors and frontline staff, manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
