SAMMARCO is seeking a warm, organized, and hospitality-driven Host to join our team.

Our hosts are the first impression of SAMMARCO. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, stays calm and gracious in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating a outstanding guest experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

What You’ll Do

- Must have experience using OpenTable & Silverware
- Greet guests warmly and manage the flow of the dining room
- Manage reservations and walk-ins
- Maintain organized seating charts and communicate table availability with the service team
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain the presentation of the entrance, host stand, and dining room




- Communicate clearly with servers, bussers, and managers to keep service running smoothly
- Jump in wherever needed. We are a team-first environment (for example: pouring water, clearing plates & running food, as the business requires)

- Previous host experience in a busy, full-service restaurant
- Warm, polished, and professional presence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality
