This newly established leadership role is perfect for someone with a blend of IT management and insurance operations experience. As the Insurance Operations & IT Manager, you will oversee Applied EPIC and other systems while addressing compliance and operational needs within Morison Insurance.

You will ensure seamless connectivity between insurance systems and lead the IT department’s projects for innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer Applied EPIC for system integrity and reporting
- Manage document management with Pathway integration




- Oversee relationships with external tech vendors
- Translate regulatory changes into operational processes
- Support system integration during acquisitions

Requirements:

- 5+ years in brokerage operations or IT management
- Hands-on Applied EPIC knowledge and system administration
- Strong understanding of insurance system connectivity
- Experience managing IT projects and vendors
