The Senior Accountant will also help implement technology solutions that support our ethical framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on CPA and PCAOB ethical standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review client press releases for compliance
- Create ethics-related training materials
- Identify and implement technology solutions

Requirements:

- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong English communication skills; French is a plus
- Knowledge of CPA rules and conduct policies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
