Compensation: $18.00 / hour to start with an increase once into a supervisory role + bonus after 3-month probation

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Lube Technician to join our team. If you’re passionate about automotive maintenance and delivering top-notch customer service, this is your chance to grow with us.

This position is designed for individuals with leadership potential. While you’ll start as a technician, the role is intended to fast-track into a Supervisor/Management position once you’ve demonstrated your skills, reliability, and ability to work well with the team.

What You’ll Do

- Perform oil changes and lubrication services
- Check and top off fluid levels
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs
- Communicate service recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Use hand tools effectively and safely





What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in automotive repair or maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when needed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with oil change procedures
- Willingness to learn and stay current in the field
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
