Organic Early Learning

Burnaby

Welcome! As we continue to expand, we are taking time to look for more passionate child care professionals (ECE-IT) to join our team. We love all educators and lots of infant toddler educators have already found a family here but we’re always welcoming more!

Founded by caring parents and experienced educators coming together, we have collaboratively designed a modern facility to incorporate all the elements that would make the coziest classrooms and the most nurturing environment for growth. The building features stunning natural light with wraparound solarium windows in alignment with our pursuit to synergize with nature. We hope to impress you with a peaceful and quiet facility where children are calm and engaged.

We are built on the belief of empowering educators to be focused exclusively on connecting with children rather than administrative and remedial tasks. We genuinely care about educators as we have developed a wholesome strategy towards personal growth and we are intent on helping educators realize a rewarding career in early childhood development. Additionally, we will be reimbursing expenses so that program supplies will never have to be out-of-pocket.

Organic Early Learning is built on an innovative style to child care, where parents, children, and educators are intimately connected as a Wholehearted Family(TM). We treat every child as if they are our own and we provide an environment that thrives on inclusion and diversity. Our culture is established where whole-person growth is the mandate; individual uniqueness is celebrated; and the pursuit of natural potential is nurtured, not prescribed.

We look forward to showing you what we mean as we would genuinely enjoy sharing our passion with you and exploring how we see child care differently.
