Registered Physiotherapist — Innovative Private Practice
Spine Advanced | Mississauga, Ontario
$43–$55/hour, based on experience and capabilities
Are you a physiotherapist who enjoys learning, exploring new approaches and helping patients with challenging conditions?
Spine Advanced is looking for a positive, personable and motivated Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Mississauga.
We specialize in advanced non-invasive approaches for chronic and difficult musculoskeletal conditions, including patients who have spent months or years caught in what we call the "medical runaround" — moving between appointments and treatments without finding meaningful solutions.
Our clinic combines physiotherapy and rehabilitation with advanced technologies including spinal and extremity decompression, Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy and other evolving approaches to musculoskeletal care.
We're looking for an excellent physiotherapist — but we're equally interested in finding an excellent person.
The Person We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is:
- Positive, upbeat and personable
- Clinically capable and patient-focused
- Professional and dependable
- Responsible and accountable
- Curious and eager to learn
- Comfortable with new technology and treatment approaches
- Hard-working and self-motivated
- Cooperative and solution-oriented
- Interested in professional and personal growth
- Excited by innovation and new possibilities in patient care
Experience is valuable, but mindset, character and potential matter enormously to us.
Whether you're an experienced physiotherapist looking for something different or a newer clinician with exceptional potential, we'd like to hear from you.
What Makes Spine Advanced Different?
This isn't simply another treatment-room position.
You'll have the opportunity to learn and work with advanced treatment technologies and clinical approaches that aren't commonly available in conventional physiotherapy practices.
We encourage our clinicians to think, question, learn and contribute.
Have an idea for improving a protocol? Let's discuss it.
Interested in an emerging treatment technology? Let's investigate it.
Want to develop expertise in a particular condition or treatment approach? We want to help you do it.
For the right person, there may also be opportunities to participate in clinical program development, research, professional education and future leadership.
Our goal is to find someone who can eventually become an exceptional clinician within our organization — someone patients ask for, colleagues rely upon and who wants to continue getting better.
