Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced dedicated Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist (Pedodontist) to join our growing dental office. The ideal candidate will have several years of clinical experience providing comprehensive dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special needs.

In this role, you will provide exceptional dental care tailored specifically for children and adolescents, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for young patients. Your expertise will help foster healthy smiles and promote lifelong oral health habits. Duties

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Deliver a wide range of dental services including preventive care, restorative procedures, and emergency treatments tailored to children
- Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix to document patient records accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with young patients and their guardians about treatment options, oral health education, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care
- Educate parents and caregivers regarding oral hygiene, prevention, nutrition, and treatment
- Manage children's dental anxiety and create a positive dental experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pediatric dentistry best practices,



medical terminology, and current dental technologies for restorations
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, infection control standards, and legal regulations within the dental practice

Qualifications

- Valid license to practice dentistry with specialization in Pediatric Dentistry
- Proven experience working in a dental office environment, preferably with pediatric patients
- Proficiency with dental management software for record keeping and scheduling
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and pediatrics
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate children and their families about oral health practices
- Ability to create a positive, engaging atmosphere that alleviates anxiety for young patients.
