Become a Family Engagement Leader at New Path Youth and Family Services, specializing in building effective family partnerships in mental health. This part-time position promotes meaningful community involvement.

As a Family Engagement Leader, you will be responsible for engaging families in decision-making processes at New Path. This role allows for creativity in developing initiatives, facilitating the Family Advisory Committee, and ensuring families' voices are represented in agency programs. Your leadership will help shape services to meet community needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead Family Advisory Committee meetings and engagement • Coordinate and manage the WOW Awards yearly • Represent families in agency discussions and events • Develop and research tools for family engagement • Manage Mailchimp communications and family outreach

Requirements: • Caregiver background with youth in mental health services • Knowledge of community resources and engagement strategies • Leadership experience with strong engagement skills • Ability to adapt to stakeholder needs in scheduling • Valid driver's license for community travel required
