Your role will involve ensuring the team's adherence to safety standards while conducting effective operational oversight. You will assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and developing maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance • Mentor team members for continuous improvement • Coordinate maintenance activities and shutdowns • Assist in budgeting and resource management • Maintain documentation for operational standards
