We are looking for an HR Generalist to grow with SMS Security. This role requires collaboration with employees and management in supporting recruitment, training, and policy administration. Contribute to a positive workplace by managing HR processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct candidate screening and interview coordination • Maintain HRIS records and generate performance reports • Monitor employee training and compliance requirements • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation • Address employee relations issues with integrity
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of HR experience • Undergraduate degree in HR or related discipline • CHRP preferred • Solid proficiency in MS Office tools • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
