With 5-7 years of experience, you will ensure that priorities align with business goals, manage travel logistics, and assist with special projects. Your professionalism and confidentiality will be crucial in fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide proactive management of executive calendars • Facilitate executive meetings and prepare discussion materials • Oversee travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO • Screen and prioritize communications effectively • Lead administrative support for the Executive Leadership Team

Requirements: • Experience supporting C-suite executives is essential • Education in Business or Office Administration preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Exceptional time management and attention to detail • Strong communication and relationship management skills
