Reporting to the Recreation Manager, your mission will be to assist in creating stimulating programs that foster social and emotional connections among residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to develop and implement recreation programs • Assist with the assessment of resident needs and preferences • Ensure safety and cleanliness of recreation areas and equipment • Support setup and takedown for special events • Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation
Requirements: • Completed a recognized recreation and leisure program • Experience in a senior living or mental health setting • Valid CPR and First Aid credentials • Ability to work collaboratively in a team • Physical fitness for assisting residents in activities
