High school diploma or a vocational diploma (DEP) in industrial drafting 1 to 3 years of experience in 3D modeling, steel structure detailing, or a related field Experience with Tekla Structures (or similar software: Revit, SolidWorks, Advance Steel) (ab asset ) Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel) Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written) Knowledge and Skills





Good understanding of the product development cycle (analysis, design, validation, production) Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, shop drawings, and schematics (mechanical, structural, or piping) Valuable knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, materials, and digital manufacturing environments (CNC, DSTV files, etc.) Ability to design, modify, and optimize technical parts or assemblies Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a rigorous approach Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment Independence, initiative, and the ability to adapt to new technologies What we offer you:
