True North Youth Foundation is looking for responsible and fun-loving individuals to join our team as activity leaders at Camp Manitou.

The Activity Leaders will be responsible for delivering assigned programming in a safe, professional and fun manner to camp participants on a daily basis.

This is a casual, term position and will begin in September 2026.

What to be excited for in this role:

Deliver programming as assigned by the Programming Coordinator on a daily basis.

Responsible for ensuring activities are set up daily and prepared for appropriate number of participants.

Daily records of equipment use and safety checks.

Building relationships with camp participants and ensuring they receive a fun and educational camp experience.

Maintaining a respectful environment for all participants and staff.

What we need from you:

Previous experience working with children and youth.

Previous camp experience an asset.

Current Emergency First Aid + CPR C and AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).

Must complete a Child Abuse Registry Check and Criminal Reference Check for Vulnerable Populations prior to start date.





Relevant certifications in outdoor activities an asset.

Love of the outdoors and respect for nature, maintain a respectful environment for all participants and staff.
