The

Esthetician

provides professional skincare,facial, body, and other approved esthetic treatments in a protected, restorative,and personalized guest experience. The Esthetician is responsible for educatingguests on appropriate home-care products and services while maintaining highstandards for consultation, sanitation, treatment protocols, privacy, andprofessional conduct. Key Responsibilities

Treatment Operations

Conduct guest consultations and identify skinconcerns, goals, sensitivities, allergies, contraindications, and treatmentpreferences. Explain treatment plan, obtain appropriateconsent, and modify or decline services when required for guest safety. Deliver approved facials, skincare, body, andesthetic services according to training, protocols, timing, and scope ofcompetence. Maintain professional draping, privacy,boundaries, and communication throughout the service. Prepare, sanitize, reset, and restock treatmentrooms between guests. Use products, equipment, disposables, andlinens according to manufacturer and spa standards. Document relevant treatment information andrecommendations according to property procedures. Participate in treatment rehearsals, productknowledge sessions, and service calibration.



Guest Experience& Retail

Provide thoughtful skincare and home-careeducation based on guest needs without pressure or unsupported claims. Recommend appropriate products, futureservices, and treatment frequency when relevant. Support retail events, product launches,treatment promotions, and education initiatives as assigned. Safety, Sanitation& Compliance

Follow infection prevention, sanitation,chemical handling, equipment, contraindication, privacy, and occupationalsafety procedures. Immediately report adverse reactions,incidents, equipment issues, or guest safety concerns. Maintain professional credentials andcontinuing education required for assigned services. Qualifications

EstheticianCertification or Diploma from an accredited training institution. Minimum 2years of experience in a spa, resort, or hospitality environment is preferred. CurrentFirst Aid/CPR certification is an asset. Ability tomaintain confidentiality and professional boundaries. Professional,reliable, and guest-focused. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills. Flexibleavailability, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Knowledgeof Saskatchewan tourism and local attractions is considered an asset. Compensation & Benefits
