Service Administrator

(Service Writer)to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in

Swan River, MB. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the initial customer support for the service department by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and performing a full range of clerical and service dept activities. You will deliver quality work in one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations through positive interactions in a friendly and team-oriented environment that encourages learning and growth. Responsibilities Manage full cycle customer repair/service/warranty order and reporting Perform administrative duties accurately and efficiently Field customer inquiries to the Service Department Maintain Work In Progress and Product Improvement Program processes Work with Service Technicians to ensure clear and accurate communication to customers Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge Follow all safety regulations Build positive and productive relationships with all departments Requirements Basic knowledge of accounting practices Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions Exceptional communication and organizational skills Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary Whether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge!
