Key Responsibilities: • Provide innovative support and referral options • Develop workshops collaboratively with youth input • Ensure participant safety and well-being • Complete essential documentation and tracking • Facilitate emergency response procedures when necessary

Requirements: • Minimum two years working with marginalized youth • Post-secondary credentials in Social Work or similar • Certification in first aid and crisis management required • Understanding of housing systems in Toronto • Excellent organizational and communication skills needed
