You will oversee the recruitment and training of staff while managing fiscal responsibilities and monitoring key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and facilitate research study operations • Direct recruitment, training,

Requirements: • Master’s degree in relevant clinical research field • At least three years’ clinical research operations experience • Knowledge of hospital/grant accounting and reporting • Experience managing staff in a clinical environment • Robust analytical and decision-making abilities
