Anmar Mechanical & Electrical Contractors Ltd. is currently seeking two (2) Project Support Administrators to support our Lynn Lake, Manitoba contract.

Qualifications

This is a site-based position supporting project operations, administration, documentation, and communication. The successful candidates will work closely with the Project Manager, safety team, employees, subcontractors, and the corporate office to ensure project activities are well organized and properly documented. Travel to and from the project site may be required Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the project team, supervisors, and site personnel. Maintain project files, records, correspondence, logs, and spreadsheets. Collect and submit timesheets, attendance, rotation, and payroll documentation. Assist with purchase orders, invoices, materials, equipment, deliveries, and project tracking. Maintain document control and ensure records meet ANMAR and client requirements. Support employee onboarding, site orientation, training, and certification records. Assist with travel, accommodation, and general site administration as required. Maintain HSE documentation and support compliance with ANMAR and client policies. Coordinate documentation and communication between the project site and corporate office. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in project administration, construction administration, office administration, or a related field.



Experience working in a construction, industrial, mining, or remote project environment is considered an asset. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly

Excel, Word, and Outlook . Ability to prioritize multiple task, meet deadlines, and work independently. Ability to work independently while also supporting a larger project team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and project information. Valid driver’s licence is considered an asset. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project setting. They will be able to prioritize competing demands, communicate effectively with site personnel and management, and maintain accurate records with minimal supervision. Experience working on remote or rotational projects will be considered a strong asset. Working Conditions This is a

remote project-based position in Lynn Lake, Manitoba , requiring a rotational work schedule of: 14 consecutive days on / 14 consecutive days off, working 12 hours per day while on rotation. The successful candidates must be prepared to work extended shifts and live/work at the project site during their scheduled rotation. ANMAR Mechanical & Electrical Contractors Ltd.
