Key Responsibilities: • Address and maintain BW Gold's safety standards • Communicate transparent timelines for maintenance projects • Create job plans ensuring safety and operational protocols • Coordinate tool and personnel availability before scheduling • Maintain accurate records for planning decisions
Requirements: • Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred • 2+ years in Maintenance Supervision or Planning • Remote industrial experience is a plus • Familiarity with health and safety regulations • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
