Join our Operations team as an Assembly Technician, reporting directly to the Operation Manager. Your main responsibilities will involve executing assembly tasks with a focus on safety and quality output.
In this role, you will perform a variety of assembly operations, including testing and bolting, using industry-standard tools. As an active participant, you will also contribute to safety initiatives and foster a positive team dynamic. Understanding Lean Manufacturing principles will enhance your daily work and team support.
Key Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively within the department to promote positivity • Execute protected and quality assembly of parts using documented processes • Utilize forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment • Lead quality improvement efforts in alignment with TYM standards • Maintain tooling and equipment inventory thoroughly
Requirements: • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent • Experience in mechanical assembly or a related production role • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting • Dependable attendance with a consistent record
