This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on oversight of design, development, integration, and certification activities across the aircraft lifecycle.What You’ll DoLead the technical strategy and decision-making for the aircraft, ensuring compliance with specifications, performance, and airworthiness requirements.Oversee the entire design, development, and certification program, from concept to in-service.Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and validated design throughout the product lifecycle.Approve major design decisions and act as the design authority, providing guidance and independent review across teams.Integrate cross-functional project teams to align with technical goals and deliverables.Act as a mentor and role model for engineering teams, defining vision, mission,
