Key Responsibilities:



• Provide outpatient nursing services in an integrated model • Ensure patient safety and well-being at all times • Teach and counsel families on health management • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care • Advocate for patients’ rights and serve as their voice

Requirements: • Completion of an accredited nursing education program • Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider certification • Experience in IV therapy and wound management preferred • Solid communication and critical thinking skills
